Ruth Scruggs

Ruth was born March 9, 1930, in Walla Walla, Wash. She was a Christian woman who was a great mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.        Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Scruggs.        Survivors: Daughters, Terry Cobb, Mary Beth Brauer, Lori Boyd and Patty Willingham; grandchildren, Justin, Katie, Taylor, Stuart, Abigail and Amanda; great-grandchild, Boston; and brother, Jack Barnes.
