NORTH RICHLAND HILLS -- Shirley Jean McMillan, 73, passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2012, at a local hospital. Funeral: 2 p.m. Saturday at Lucas Funeral Home, 1321 Precinct Line Road, Hurst. Interment: Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth R. McMillan. Survivors: Son, Douglas Ray McMillan; daughter, Veronica Ann Webb and husband, Mark; sisters, Betty Hixon and husband, Dale, and Roberta Armstrong and husband, Stan; grandchildren, Marlo Webb and Victoria McMillan; and numerous nephews and dear friends.
