FORT WORTH -- Sibyl Allene Meneley died Sunday, March 13, 2011. Funeral: 1:30 p.m. Friday, Lucas Blessing Funeral Home. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Survivors: Husband, Raymond Meneley; son, Allen; daughters, Tracy and Rhonda; six grandchildren; three brothers; three sisters.
