Ula Welch

HURST -- Ula Lewis Welch, 74, a loving wife, mother and grandmother, passed away Sunday, July 3, 2011.        Memorials: Cal Farley's Boys Ranch or a favorite charity.        A native of Greenup County, Ky., Ula was born Sept. 27, 1936. As a homemaker, she enjoyed ceramics, sewing and needlepoint. She was preceded in death by her parents and five siblings.        Survivors: She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Charles Welch; children, Charles Lee Welch II and wife, Lori, Cindy Worley and husband, Mike; grandchildren, Elissa McCarthy, Jessica Weeks, Kelsey Welch, Katie Welch, Christopher Welch; sister, Lorraine McDaniel.
