FORT WORTH -- Billy Franklin succumbed to his fight with cancer and went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 21, 2011, at his daughter's home.        Service: Military graveside service at 9:45 a.m. Friday in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation: The family will receive friends 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Lucas Funeral Home, 517 N. Sylvania.        Billy, was a loving son, brother, dad, grandpa, uncle and friend. He touched many with his humor and was truly one of a kind who will be missed by all and we love you. A special thanks to Dana, Jimmy and Nancy, Johnny, Mark and Arthur for that extra mile.        Survivors: Son, W. Cody Franklin and wife, Suzanne; daughter, Laurie L.
