William Eugene Lahey

William Eugene Lahey, 70, of Fort Worth, TX, husband to Lorraine Lahey, and father of two passed away on Sunday, April 12th, 2015. Born in Toledo, OH in 1944 to the late William Carroll Lahey and the late Ruth Hampshire Lahey, William graduated from The University of Toledo in 1968 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and later, graduated from the same university with a Juris Doctor degree in Law in 1971. He had Bar memberships and Court Admissions in the District of Columbia, Ohio, and Missouri. He was a Patent Attorney and a partner in his law firm in St. Louis where he practiced for many years. He had admissions in many federal courts throughout the United States. An avid aviation enthusiast, he loved to explore all that this world had to offer. From boating, to skiing to flying, hiking, camping and even dancing, he made the most of this life and helped us enjoy it to the fullest as well. Loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and grand father, he will be greatly missed. We pray that he is quickly received into the arms of our Lord, Jesus Christ. He is survived by his two children, Nicole Cardin and Seann Lahey; three grandchildren; and two sisters, Pat Bressler and Peg Luce.
