William Troeger

KELLER -- William Alden Troeger, 81, passed away Monday, Aug. 1, 2011.        Graveside service: 9 a.m. Thursday in Bourland Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Lucas Funeral Home in Keller.        A native of Pittsburgh, Pa., William was born May 5, 1930, to William and Freida Turpey Troeger. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a life member of VFW Post #4372. He retired from the construction business as a steel estimator. William was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Marilee.        Survivors: Daughter, Debra Donovan and husband, John; grandsons, John and Bill Donovan; and sister, Jean Bier.
